Resource Manager
Richard created a database driven program which allowed coworkers to upload images and videos to the server. It worked with a WordPress plugin he created to display out the assets on The Resource site for consultants to easily find and download. He also set up a search engine for consultants and an analytics tool to show coworkers and management which assets were most in use. Norwex has sites in English, Spanish and French for the U.S. and Canada. Richard worked with design and translation teams to complete tasks.

The plugin works with shortcode to display asset information and links on designated pages. Links allow users to preview the asset, download them in available forms, and share assets on social media.
These assets are used by consultants for sales parties and online marketing of products.
